Privacy Policy

WhiskMath is designed to perform recipe and baking calculations without an account or custom backend.

Recipe data

Recipes, ingredient lines, steps, notes, and source attribution are stored locally on your device. WhiskMath does not upload this content to a WhiskMath server. You choose when to copy, share, export, or import it.

Anonymous product analytics

Anonymous product analytics are enabled by default, with an explicit opt out in Settings. If production analytics configuration is present, PostHog is the only third-party analytics processor and WhiskMath may record a small allowlist of funnel events: completing a scale, reaching the free save limit, selecting a Pro feature, viewing the paywall, purchase or restore outcomes, and completing an export.

Properties are limited to bounded categories and count buckets plus app version. WhiskMath does not include recipe titles, ingredients, quantities, notes, URLs, clipboard content, advertising identifiers, account identifiers, or stable personal identifiers in analytics events.

Disabled collection

Automatic event capture, screen capture, session replay, surveys, feature flags, person profiles, identification, error autocapture, and automatic tracing are disabled. When analytics configuration is absent, the app uses a local no-op implementation and sends nothing.

Purchases

Apple processes Lifetime Pro purchases after release. WhiskMath reads verified StoreKit entitlement and product information, including a localized price. WhiskMath does not receive your payment-card details.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual recipes in the app. A refund or revoked purchase does not delete or hide saved recipes. Removing the app may remove its local data unless it is retained by an Apple device backup.

Children and sensitive data

WhiskMath is a general baking utility and is not intended to collect personal or sensitive information.

Questions can be filed through the public app support route. Support issues are normally public, so do not include recipes, payment details, or personal information. This app-specific policy remains subject to final reconciliation with the App Privacy answers and production analytics configuration before release.
